We are seeking a talented, passionate Systems Analyst capable of working closely with senior management to  leverage technology and data to drive business and clinical decision making. As a critical member of the R-Health team, you will serve as a technical point of contact for users and assist with ensuring data integrity, report writing, analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities and process testing & documentation.


The primary objectives of this position are:

  • Process, quality check and load information from various sources into a SQL database on a regular schedule
  • Analyze and interpret data
  • Design and specify reports for information distribution
  • Interact with users to gather requirements and provide first-level technical support surrounding data and analytics
  • As part of a team, develop and document internal workflows to organize and maintain data integrity
  • Maintain the confidentiality of protected health information

Essential Duties:

While the specific duties of the Analyst will be subject to the priorities within the company at any given time, on an ongoing basis the Analyst will generally perform the following:

  • Provide first-level technical support on R-Health application and Office 365, inclusive, but not limited to set-up of system security, end user accounts and password resets. Maintain and monitor data integrity with electronic audits, resolving issues where necessary
  • Regular ETL duties, including retrieving data files from secure FTP sites, running queries, downloading reports, preparing data sources and loading data to the R-Health data warehouse
  • Report development
    • Communicate with a variety of users and managers to gather information requests and requirements
    • Develop ad-hoc report as necessary for one-time analysis projects
    • Develop simple to complex reports, integrating disparate data from multiple data sources to show clinical, business and administrative trends
    • Assist in development of standard reports for ongoing company needs
  • Manage and document feature requests from users

Education, Qualifications and Experience Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • Proficient in SQL
  • Excellent critical thinking skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Skills and Qualities Desired:

  • Experience with heath care data, including clinical and payer information
  • Demonstrable experience developing in a business intelligence tool such as Cognos, Crystal Reports, Tableau, LogiAnalytics, Qlik or other
  • Demonstrable experience with a relational database
