Chief Technology Officer

What do you do at R-Health?

My primary role at R-Health is to oversee how information moves through the organization. We handle a lot of data, and I make sure that it flows to the right team member, at the right time, so our members can have a delightful experience.

What’s your biggest accomplishment at R-Health?

The technology team at R-Health built a clinical intelligence application that wrangles data from many different sources and transforms into efficient, effective information for our team.

What’s your pet peeve with traditional healthcare?

Silos of data! Assembling a complete picture of a patient’s health profile can be very difficult in a traditional setting. I love being able to provide our clinical team with the whole story of each member rather than a fraction of it.

What did you do before R-Health?

I have worked in technology for my entire career. The past 10 years have been spent in healthcare, and before that I worked in a variety of manufacturing environments. All my time with technology has been spent developing tools that enable more efficient operations and greater business insight.

What do you do when you’re not delighting members?

I spend most of my free time with my family, but I also enjoy trying new hobbies. Furniture making, glass blowing and bee keeping were all big hits. Next on the list is learning to carve spoons.
