In our first cooking demo of the year, we showed you how you can meal prep for the whole week with just 10 ingredients. We prefer this method of meal prepping ingredients, instead of meal prepping specific dishes, because it allows you to combine the ingredients in lots of creative ways to create a variety of meals throughout the week. Because ultimately, if you get bored with what you’re eating, you’re not going to stick to it!
