Does R-Health Direct Care work best for certain size employers?

R-Health Direct Care works best when an employer is self-funded, however we can work with other types of employers. We do not have size limitations if an employer is self- funded.

Will R-Health Direct Care fulfill our health coverage requirements?

No, R-Health Direct Care is not health insurance. R-Health Direct Care works best working in conjunction with a health insurance plan that provides coverage for specialists, hospitals, prescriptions, and more.

How do I get a proposal from R-Health and what information is needed?

Does R-Health provide commission to brokers?

R-Health will pay a broker, with a Broker of Record letter, compensation for new business awarded to R-Health.

Is R-Health flexible on start dates for new clients?

R-Health can start with new clients at any point during the year, however services for new clients will begin at the first of each month.

If we partner with R-Health, how do we get started?

Once you’ve partnered with R-Health, we will develop an implementation plan with the information we’ll need from you to get started providing personalized Direct Care to your employees.

Does R-Health provide reporting? If so, what?

Yes, R-Health provides reporting to our clients. At a minimum, this includes participation and utilization information. And if claims data is shared, this can be extremely detailed with reports such as medical spend, ER utilization, medication compliance, admissions, and more. Custom reports can also be developed depending on a client’s needs.

Does R-Health have plans to expand?
