Dr. Stephen Licetti is Board-certified in Family Medicine with over 12 years of experience in primary care. He believes that building strong caring relationships and a positive environment for communication and collaboration is essential for providing exceptional health care for his patients. Prior to joining R-Health by Everside, Dr. Licetti practiced full scope family medicine at Hunterdon Family Physicians in Flemington, NJ. Before that he served as Secretary and Attending Physician for Department of Family Medicine at Atlantic Health Morristown Medical Center and Assistant Professor of Family Medicine at UMDNJ School of Osteopathic medicine in southern New Jersey.

MY PHILOSOPHY

As a primary care physician, I believe it is vital to take a comprehensive  approach to my patients’ health needs. It is very important to understand a person’s whole life experiences, perspectives, concerns, expectations and prior medical history to be able to partner with them in achieving their optimal health.

IN YOUR FREE TIME

Spending time with family is my most important activity. Playing guitar, riding my motorcycle, fishing, cooking and woodworking are some of my other passions. I enjoy learning new things and polishing up the old.

INTERESTING FACT

I’ve come to medicine in my second half of life. I have a degree in culinary arts and worked as a professional chef. I definitely feel that my past experiences have helped me as a doctor in understanding and relating to my patients and their families.
