Dr. Horvitz is a sought after family physician, physician entrepreneur, and pioneer in the DPCMH clinical model. Dr. Horvitz has been practicing patient-focused, proactive Direct Primary Care since 2008. He has a strong interest in wellness and prevention. He brings a blend of traditional and holistic treatments / evaluations with an emphasis on how nutrition and lifestyle impact health.
